The Challenge
This Hyde Park property had a sloped side yard that was hard to use and prone to erosion, with a fence line that needed solid, level ground to sit on. A soft, sloped grade like this doesn't hold a fence well over time — the posts shift as the ground moves.
Solution
The Result
A clean, structural wall that stabilized the side yard, gave the fence line solid ground to sit on, and turned a sloped, eroding strip of yard into a finished, usable edge of the property.
